| Coach Morris Smalls III begins
his second year as the Pony American Head Coach. He joined
the BBGC Football program in 2005 as an Assistant Coach and
Offensive Coordinator for the Senior “Unlimited”
Team. He served as an Assistant Coach on the Junior American
Team in 2006. His coaching philosophy “Build a Strong
Foundation” and approach to the game have been constructed
by his own experience in the education, sports, and life.
Prior to joining the Bulldog Staff, Smalls served as the Head
Coach for the SBBGC Club 95, 110, and 125 lb teams, winning
SBBGC’s first PG County Football Championship in 2003.
Coach Smalls was a three year letterman in football and baseball
at Largo High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Management Information Systems from Hampton University. He currently
works as a Systems Engineer for Booz Allen Hamilton Consulting
Firm. Smalls continues to tutor in Math and Science while also
working as a volunteer with the LAWC organization summer football
camps.
