Since Fall 2003, Coach Jason Reynolds has enjoyed serving as a Head Coach and Commissioner for the flag football program as well as Head Coach for the Cubs National team. He believes that success is measured by the players and coaches, and he strives to improve the fundamental skills, and develop a winning spirit in every player. Coach Jason stresses athletics as an extracurricular activity, with academic success being paramount.

Coach Jason has enjoyed his own personal success on the football field from youth football through the college level. His coaching experience dates back to 1989 as a Graduate Assistant. As a player and a coach, he has received numerous football awards and honors. He and his wife reside in Bowie with their four children.
