Quenton King is entering his 2nd year as the Anklebiter
American head coach. He started with the BBGC football in
2003, coaching flag. In 2004 he then became head coach of
the 65lb C team. Following that, he coached the Anklebiter
B team, which won the 2005 MVSA turkey Bowl. In 2006 Quenton
King and his staff helped bring home one of Bowie's first
Capital Beltway League Championship in the Anklebiter National
Division.
Quenton King is a graduate of Appalachian State University,
where he also played Defensive Back and Linebacker. He also
played 2yrs in the Canadian Football League and 1yr in Arena
Football League.
With the youth, we promote good sportsmanship, Hard work,
Team unity, Relationship building, Positive attitude. "Be
the best you can be", "Not only in sports but
in every facit of life". Having been involved in atheletics
all my life, I understand the meaning of giving back.
In addition to coaching football coach Quenton also dedicates
his time as a coach for Wrestling and Baseball for BBGC
. Quenton also has 2 sons within the BBGC sport program.
